Executive Chef

Trade cookery qualification and/or further training (i.e. Diploma Level) or equivalent experience.

Previous experience working in a similar role or as a Head Chef/Sous Chef in a commercial kitchen within the hotel and restaurant industries. With a minimum of 10 years industry experience and 3 years in a similar role.
